Our Installation Process — Site Survey to Sign-Off
Every projector installation begins with a complimentary on-site survey. We measure throw distances, assess ceiling substrate, evaluate ambient light levels, and confirm power and conduit pathways before any equipment is specified.
Site Survey & Throw-Distance Assessment
We measure room dimensions, ceiling height, ambient lux levels, and sight-line obstructions. Throw distance and lens ratio calculations are verified with on-site laser measurement to select the correct projector model and mounting position.
System Design & Equipment Specification
Full CAD layout showing projector placement, screen position, cable routing, and control rack location — delivered as a fixed-price proposal with equipment specifications, timeline, and warranty terms before any work begins.
Structural Mounting & Signal Cabling
Our crew fabricates and anchors ceiling drop rods to structural framing, installs in-ceiling conduit for HDMI 2.1 or fiber signal runs, routes power to the projector location, and mounts the screen cassette or fixed-frame assembly.
Calibration, ISF Profiling & Commissioning
Lens alignment, keystone correction, zoom, and focus are set using test patterns and a CR-100 spectroradiometer. Color gamut, white point, and gamma are profiled to ISF standards. A signed commissioning report and 12-month on-site service warranty are provided at project closeout.
