Our LED rental service is fully managed — from load-in and rigging to live operation and strike. You get a professional display without owning or maintaining a single panel.
Event LED rental is not simply dropping off hardware. A successful deployment requires accurate site surveying, structural load calculations for rigging, power distribution planning, video signal routing from source to wall, and a trained operator behind the processor during your event. Our team handles every layer of that process under one contract.
We maintain an in-house inventory of P2.6 indoor fine-pitch panels for conference and corporate environments, P3.9 quick-deploy rental tiles for stages and trade show floors, and P4.8 outdoor-rated panels for festivals, exterior signage, and open-air activations up to 5,000 nits.
All rental deployments include a pre-event site visit, day-of crew for load-in and setup, an on-site technician during the event, and full strike and load-out at close. Optional video content playback, show control, and camera IMAG (image magnification) services are available for live event productions.

Structural Rigging & Ground Support
Certified rigging from truss, motor, and chain hoist systems — or ground-supported freestanding structures where fly rigs are not available. All loads are engineer-stamped on request.
Power Distribution
Generator coordination or shore power tie-in, distro box setup, and power conditioning to protect panels from venue power variance during live operation.
Video Signal Routing
HDMI, SDI, and NDI signal path from your media server, laptop, or camera to the LED processor — with redundant signal paths for mission-critical productions.
Processor Configuration & Calibration
Novastar and Brompton processor setup, brightness and color calibration per venue ambient conditions, and test-pattern verification before doors open.
On-Site Technician During Event
A dedicated LED technician remains on-site from load-in through event close — monitoring panel health, adjusting brightness, and resolving any signal issues in real time.
Camera IMAG Services
Optional image magnification (IMAG) setup with PTZ or operated cameras, video switcher, and real-time live feed to the LED wall for large-audience events.
Strike & Load-Out
Full panel de-rigging, packing, and load-out coordinated around your venue’s curfew. We leave the space clean and on schedule.

Site Survey & Production Advance
For larger events we conduct a pre-show site visit to confirm rigging points, power feeds, venue ceiling height, and dock access. We advance with your production manager or venue coordinator to align load-in timing with other vendors on-site.
Delivery, Load-In & Build
Our crew arrives at your scheduled load-in time with panels, rigging hardware, processors, and cabling. The LED wall is assembled, rigged or ground-supported, cabled, and fully tested before your rehearsal or doors-open time.
Live Event Operation & Strike
A dedicated technician monitors the system throughout your event — adjusting brightness for changing ambient conditions, managing content transitions, and resolving any signal issues instantly. After your event closes, we execute a full strike and load-out on schedule with your venue’s curfew.
