AV System Design & Proposal
Our engineers produce a full system design: signal flow diagrams, equipment schedules, rack elevations, cable routing plans, and control logic outlines — delivered alongside a fixed-price itemized proposal before any work begins.
Installation & Infrastructure
Our crew handles all rough-in cabling (plenum-rated Cat6A, fiber, HDMI, and speaker wire), wall plate and outlet installation, display and camera mounting, rack building, and equipment commissioning — coordinating with your IT and facilities teams throughout.
Programming & UC Integration
Control system programming (Crestron, Extron, or AMX) is completed and tested end-to-end. UC platform accounts are provisioned, calendar integrations are validated, and camera tracking, DSP tuning, and echo cancellation are optimized in the actual room environment.
Commissioning, Training & Warranty
A full commissioning report documents all signal-path tests, DSP tuning parameters, and control system logic. We conduct on-site staff training and provide a 12-month parts-and-labor on-site service warranty, plus optional remote monitoring and managed service agreements.
