Installation & Infrastructure

Our crew handles all rough-in cabling (plenum-rated Cat6A, fiber, HDMI, and speaker wire), wall plate and outlet installation, display and camera mounting, rack building, and equipment commissioning — coordinating with your IT and facilities teams throughout.

Programming & UC Integration

Control system programming (Crestron, Extron, or AMX) is completed and tested end-to-end. UC platform accounts are provisioned, calendar integrations are validated, and camera tracking, DSP tuning, and echo cancellation are optimized in the actual room environment.

Commissioning, Training & Warranty

A full commissioning report documents all signal-path tests, DSP tuning parameters, and control system logic. We conduct on-site staff training and provide a 12-month parts-and-labor on-site service warranty, plus optional remote monitoring and managed service agreements.

An all-in-one video bar (such as a Logitech Rally Bar or Poly Studio) combines a wide-angle camera, microphone array, and speaker in a single unit — ideal for huddle rooms and small conference rooms up to about 20 feet deep. A PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) camera system provides motorized optical zoom, wider coverage for larger rooms, and advanced features like AI presenter tracking and multi-camera switching. For rooms over 20 feet long or with more than 10 participants, a dedicated PTZ system with a separate DSP audio chain typically delivers significantly better video and audio quality.
Do you provide post-installation support and managed services?
Every installation includes a 12-month on-site parts-and-labor warranty. Beyond that, we offer optional managed service agreements that include remote system monitoring (proactive fault alerts before a meeting is disrupted), scheduled preventive maintenance visits, and priority same-day on-site response for system outages.
